so it's October, which means not only am i back and in my element, but that there are some important dates coming up fast:

Oct. 11- my 20th birthday
Oct. 13- marks two years here on DA
Oct. 17- is mine and my significant other's anniversary!

in addtion, more my birthday my darling got me some COPIC MARKERS! i look forward on doing some lovely work with them, and hopefully will get back into thw swing of writing soon as well.

i tend to fizzle out in the summer time, it's not really my time of year, i tend to be chemically unstable so now that fall has arrived, i can get the creative juices flowing again!

I'm so happy, i've received several favourites on my new pastel Convergence.

which has been like a victory for me as it was my first time using pastels, so thank you for the support, and i'm sorry i haven't been on much beyond submissions, because you all deserve praise!

10. human- the killers; one of their more recent songs, but there's just something about it...(ergo i cried the first time i listened to it.)

now i love so much music and so many many songs i could never list them, but these are ones i felt like sharing with you all, though i figure most of them are pretty well known haha.

so today i did my first shoot, which went somewhat awkwardly at first, simply because i wasn't very confident, so the first several shots my body language was awkward, but mike being the awesome fella he is totally understood.
we didn't take very many photos, but he said first shoots are more like a test run and that it only gets easier from here.


now for the issue: the photos are pretty much just stock photos right now.
i've somewhat combined them: the concept is like the sinner and saint/doppelganger.
so it's two different images of me, dress differently and such, reacting to well... the other me.

but i need to find a photoshop wizard to put the double me's into some sort of scnery, i need something creative and fitting, but i don't know where to find someone to let their imagination run with it.

actually it really isn't that exciting, but i've got my first formal shoot scheduled for next wednesday, and one in the works being booked a couple months in advance for mid june with a photographer from tacoma.

i'll also hopefully in the next few weeks get to talk with a photographer from portland who's quite good.

so this whole thing should be quite fun.
